Job Description

Our Showroom team provides an exceptional experience to each customer through phone, email, or client-facing contact while completing the appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner. The ideal applicant will have a flair for design and be eager to learn our processes, and products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive all incoming phone calls, make outbound calls, and schedule all Design Consultant appointments.
  • Manage confirmations of all Design Consultations and Installations.
  • Manage the appointment calendar of all of our Design Consultants. 
  • Serve as the first contact to greet all clients who call or visit our showroom.
  • Maintain the showroom.
  • Assist with calling all unassigned leads and striving to achieve the 90% conversion rate goal.
  • Achieve department and individual metric goals for consultations.
  • Assist with sample program, showroom items, and any other sales and design-related tasks as needed
  • Conduct visual merchandising and cleaning to keep spaces aligned with the brand.
  • Support our online social media

Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative or administrative assistant
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Detail oriented
  • Curiosity and a " how can i help" mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Calendar management/regional scheduling is a plus
  • Interior design interest or education is a plus
