Job Description

As a skilled Executive Assistant to a Top Performing Sales Executive in the Business Brokerage world, you would assist in selling small businesses in and around the Twin Cities by providing high level administrative and clerical support.

Job duties include:-

Preparing business valuation reports and Confidential Business Reviews. 

Screening out and qualifying buyer enquiries. Updating clients.

Corresponding and interacting with buyers and sellers by email and phone.

Acting as a sales assistant helping individuals find the right business to buy.

Develop and manage systems to assist the Business Broker move through the sales process with each company enhancing efficiency.

Database management

Qualifications

-5+ years of Executive Assistant or related office support experience
-Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite 
-Highly detail oriented and organized
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment 
-Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills

The job is part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week

 Monday to Friday mornings in our Edina, MN office and some logging in from home later in the afternoon.
