JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Specific experience in service/ repair/ maintenance of Construction/ Earth moving equipment.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Electronics troubleshooting, Repair and maintenance and preparing record of the same
• Coordinating with resellers for service support and timely warranty registrations
• Training of reseller manpower
• Regular meetings with customers/contractors & their field personnel
• Provide training at regular intervals to the end users/contractors
• Preparing trip reports and compiling monthly activity reports

SERVICE PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS:

• Service of Construction/ Earth moving equipment like crane, conveyer, excavator, backhoe, forklift, material handling equipment, etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any B.E./ B.Tech. ONLY
• NOT DESIRED: Diploma/ B.Sc./ etc. even with MBA is not desired by client.

Experience in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word. 

Proficient in written and spoken English as well as native language
