DESIGNATION: TEAM MANAGER - SME/ VOLUME HIRING/ TALENT ACQUISITION

EXPERIENCE: 5-8 Years, Should be managing a team

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: Faculty / SME / Academics hiring and Volume/ Sales hiring for Online Education organizations. Please excuse if you do not have experience in this as client will not consider the profile.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team management experience with current role having team management responsibilities
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
- Should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates
- Manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)

Additional Information

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Team management experience with current role having team management responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
