The Cahoot team is on a mission to help online retailers improve their profit margin and competitiveness by re-writing the rules of conventional supply chain and fulfillment. This means faster delivery to customers, a more efficient supply chain network, lower cost of operations for merchants and less carbon emission for a greener planet. Our solution uses Co-opetition as the underlying business strategy to solve a problem that even the largest retailers like Walmart, Target and eBay are struggling with.

Job Description

We are in search of a self-motivated, detail oriented team player that likes working in a small company environment who has excellent prior experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting and met or exceeded management's expectations. 

Key responsibilities include processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, managing bank reconciliations and payroll processing, posting journal entries.

Qualifications

  • Highly Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
  • At least 3 years of recent bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Excellent phone, organizational, attention to detail, filing and computer skills
  • Credible references from recent jobs with same experience
  • Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, loyal and looking for a long-term position
  • Proven ability for multi-tasking and accuracy
  • 4-year college degree a plus
