Cacheflow is a deal-closing platform that automates quote to close, enables usage-based pricing, and has a self-serve buyer/seller checkout experience that automates highly flexible payment options with embedded financing.

Job Description

  • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to create and document product requirements and manage a prioritized backlog
  • Translate requirements into features and integrate into our roadmap
  • Work closely with Design and Engineering to deliver high quality feature releases
  • Analyze and understand customer usage.  Meet with them weekly to understand their needs and challenges. Help solve problems for them, collaborating with customer success. 
  • Triage and analyze software defects
  • Help develop customer-facing materials that help support customers and win new business
  • Monitor and analyze competitive solutions and obsess about our competitive advantages
  • Meet with customers and prospects to better understand their needs and opportunities to delight them

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in Product Management with experience in B2B SaaS platforms - early-stage startup experience a major plus
  • Experience in business process automation
  • Experience with CPQ, Subscription Management and Billing a plus   
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in online technologies and UX 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills both internal and external customer-facing at industry trade shows, customer locations, webinars, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop products that are innovative and unique leveraging an understanding of the challenges already existing in current products
