Job Description

Traditional community pharmacy roles:

  • Communicating with doctors and patients.

  • Quickly but accurately typing prescription orders.

  • Inventory management.

  • Prescription counting and preparation.

  • Insurance billing troubleshooting.

  • Record maintenance.

Non-traditional pharmacy roles:

  • Multidose pack preparation.
  • Process management via web platforms.
  • Prescription delivery management.
  • Improving processes and attacking new opportunities.
And other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Typing skills of 60 words per minute with >95% accuracy.
  • The ability to work well in teams while also being an independent self-starter.
  • A talent for communication, listening, and empathy.

  • The ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies.
  • A valid WA Pharmacy Technician license.

Additional Information

  • Full-Time - 40 hours weekly, Paid Time Off, subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401K participation after 1 year with generous matching.

  • Part-Time - 20-25 hours weekly.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

  • Compensation based on experience.

  • Business hours 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday – Friday
