The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and customer representative staff. Responsibilities include general office duties, contacting banks and other third parties who hold insurance funds. This includes tracking and following up on payments related to insurance proceeds. This role will also involve driving to various locations to collect payments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks
  • Support customer representative staff
  • Contact banks and third parties managing insurance funds
  • Track and follow up on payments regarding insurance proceeds
  • Collect payments at various locations

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Basic mathematical, spatial, and conceptual thinking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborate effectively with team and solicit help when needed
  • Experience in handling insurance-related processes is a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license
