The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, budgeting, field quality control (job site appearance), and documentation. He/She will be directly responsible for the Project Management team and any/all tasks assigned to them. He/she is responsible for ensuring the scope and direction of each project is on budget/schedule and that all claim paperwork is in place to coordinate with other internal departments and outside agencies. The Senior Project Manager is assigned as the point of contact from claims services to production. Another key role in this position is to ensure that the customer communication (from PMs) is effective in quality and quantity.
