Job Description

Finance

  • Processing bills and other payments, online and offline
  • Handling petty cash, cheque books, credit cards
  • Ensuring all records are kept up to date
  • File management
  • Assisting the Finance team where possible
  • Conduct banking activities
  • Managing recurring bills within due dates

Administration

  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Liaising with staff in other departments
  • General office management
  • Managing admin related document and contract renewals

Legal

  • Handle legal affairs and liaise with PRO
  • Ensure all company documents are kept up to date and renewed within time
  • Be able to handle affairs with LMRA, MOIC, NPRA, etc.

  • Good communication skills
  • Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
  • Work with a team
  • Be a problem solver
  • Drivers license recommended
