The Audit Senior Manager – SEC Focus will be responsible for serving a variety of publicly traded commercial clients in various manufacturing and distribution industries while reporting to partners leading those engagements. In addition, the Audit Senior Manager – SEC Focus will also be responsible for serving privately held commercial clients. The Audit Senior Manager – SEC Focus will be responsible for managing multiple client engagement teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams at the conclusion of engagements.

Skill sets required include:

• Exhibit strong skills in maintaining great client service while understanding the specifics reporting requirements for companies that are subject to SEC reporting requirements.
  
• Must have skills related to supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks. 
  
• Time management skills to adequately manage multiple engagements with multiple teams. 
  
• Strong technical skills in accounting and auditing.
  

8 plus years of experience in public accounting.
Licensed CPA in the State of Illinois or able to be licensed in Illinois.
SEC Public Company experience is required.
