Job Description
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
- Answer customer support calls, emails and chats in a professional manner
- Research required information using available resources
- Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
- Awareness of relevant service levels
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Exceptional customer support skills
- Preferably with phone, chat and email experience
- Fast and accurate typing
- Self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Aptitude for learning, understanding and conveying services to members
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
