Our German activities are growing at a fast pace and to face our customers' high level expectations and needs, we are looking for talented profiles with relevant experience in Space systems and applications

 As part of the technical department of the CS GROUP Space BU, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and implement the architectures of the Business Unit's offers, products, and projects in the fields of space ground segments (control and mission centres), as well as downstream applications and services linked to the processing, exploitation and development of space data;
• Work closely with the Programs Department, the Business Development team, and the Space BU's Skills Centres;
• Provide solutions to architecture issues during the pre-sales and development phases of our strategic project;
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of products and the R&D line;

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Aerospace or an equivalent;
• You have at least 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect in the space domain;
• Good Experience in satellite ground segments Monitoring & control and/or Data Processing;
• You are a team player and enjoy solving problems while remaining optimistic;
• You are recognized for your analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
• You have a strong appetite for developing activities in the space sector;
• Ideally, you will have taken part in complex pre-sales or deployed or managed offers in space ground segments (M&C, DP…) or applications linked to space data intelligence;
• You will be able to advise and support our customers and partners in their technical strategy in these areas;
• Solutions oriented mindset;
• You have a strong technical background as system and software engineer and mastering several languages (e.g. Java, Python…)
• You  have a broad view of the current technological challenges in this field, you are familiar with multi-cloud distributed architectures and the associated challenges, DevSecOps issues and solutions, AI and Data Intelligence technologies;
• Fluency in English is mandatory. French can be an advantage;

This job is located in Darmstadt, Toulouse or Noordwijk.
