Job Description

Today we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the marketing team under the Autonomous Systems Business Line.

The main responsibilities for the Sales & Marketing Manager will be to contribute to the team's marketing and sales efforts.

Responsabilities:

As part of the Sales and Marketing's team of the Autonomous Systems Business Line:

  • Represent and sell CS Group expertise in trade shows (Canada and US)
  • Identify new prospects for the Autonomous & Electric Systems ecosystem
  • Propose innovative solutions to customers
  • Prepare and write proposal to close business opportunities
  • Build pricing model spreadsheets based on CS Group tools and processes
  • Create and maintain strong customer relations
  • Develop marketing tools and package technical-commercial offers
  • Participate to the recruitment of new employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Sales and Marketing (Engineering an asset)
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role (Sales, BD and/or Marketing)
  • Experience in high tech industries and/or engineering services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Team player and positive attitude in influencing all team member
