Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Testing Architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of quality assurance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing strategies, compliance, risk assessment, and process optimization. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Standard Development and Implementation:

Establish and enforce comprehensive quality standards, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
•
Collect and analyze quality data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues.
•
Generate reports and insights for management to drive informed decision-making.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
•
Lead quality improvement projects to optimize testing processes and minimize defects.
•
Identify gaps in the current testing landscape and propose enhancements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
•
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, audits, and documentation requirements.
•
Evaluate and enhance testing frameworks to mitigate risks effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•
Work closely with teams across product development, engineering, and compliance to improve quality processes throughout the product lifecycle.
•
Provide recommendations to align testing frameworks with business objectives.

10+ years of experience as a Testing Strategist, Transformation Leader, or similar role.
•
10+ years of experience leading teams of project managers and engineers.
•
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and principles.
•
Expertise in industry regulations, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
•
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
•
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
•
Experience conducting quality audits and investigations.

ServiceNow ITSM Scripting and development + experience in Building Customs and scoped applications + Integration experience.
Certified System Administrator (OR) Certified Application Developer (OR) Certified Implementation Specialist is a must.
