Job Description

We are seeking candidates for the position of IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience in the recruitment field. The ideal candidate will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Experience with job posting platforms to effectively advertise job openings and attract suitable candidates.

Talent sourcing expertise is essential for identifying and engaging potential candidates effectively.

Skilled in Boolean search techniques for precisely filtering candidate databases and resumes.

Hands-on experience with interview scheduling to coordinate and streamline interview appointments.

Proficient in using resume screening tools to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting efforts by understanding job requirements and crafting compelling job advertisements.

Screen resumes and applications ensuring that shortlisted candidates meet the necessary qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with essential details for a smooth interview process.

Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
