Job Description
- Answers calls from and places calls to customers, sales representatives, and prospective customers.
- Enters orders into the system, answers questions from callers, operates will call desk, and provides a positive customer and visitor experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Manage customers accounts, record details of as well as follow up on customer interactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) proficiency.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
