If you are looking to join a sales organization comprised of passionate, driven, and supportive team members, this Territory Sales Manager opportunity may be the perfect fit for you.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will:

  • Maximize sales and market penetration within existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users.
  • Become a trusted industry resource and product expert within your territory.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings throughout the region.
  • Support projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, and other commercial market segments.
  • Manage a territory spanning Tampa, Sarasota, and surrounding markets.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

 

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Reside in the Tampa or Sarasota area.
  • Reside in the Tampa or Sarasota area.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree.
  • Have prior outside sales experience.
  • Have experience selling commercial building products, construction products, architectural products, or related solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a large territory.
  • Be willing to travel throughout the territory multiple days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience calling on architects and interior designers.
  • Experience with commercial building specifications.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
