We’re partnering with a large healthcare system to hire a Director of Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide benefits programs.

This is a senior-level role focused on strategy, compliance, and leadership across a complex organization.

What you’ll own

  • Design and lead benefits strategy (health, welfare, retirement)
  • Oversee implementation, administration, and compliance
  • Manage vendors, brokers, and external partners
  • Lead and develop a benefits team
  • Partner across HR and leadership on total rewards strategy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading benefits programs
  • Experience in healthcare or complex organizations
  • Strong background in plan design, compliance, and implementation
  • Expertise across 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health plans
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and related regulations
