We’re hiring a Recruiter focused on skilled trades — welders, fabricators, CNC machinists, maintenance techs, and more. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the entire process from business development to placement.

What you’ll do

• Build new client relationships and win business
• Recruit, screen, and place skilled trades talent
• Manage the full lifecycle from intake to offer
• Stay active in the market (calls, outreach, events, referrals)
• Partner with clients to understand real hiring needs

• 2+ years full desk recruiting experience
• Strong business development skills
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and clients
• Experience with skilled trades or construction is a big plus

Important to know

• Hybrid role — must be based in or relocate to Houston
• No sponsorship available
• Senior leadership position with team oversight
