Business Development Manager – Federal (Capture Focus)
Remote | $100K–$120K Base + Incentives

If you’ve worked federal opportunities end-to-end — from pipeline to award — you already know this isn’t a “sales” role. It’s capture.

We’re partnering with a growing GovCon firm looking for someone who can identify, shape, and win federal work.

Qualifications

What you’ll own

  • Build and manage a qualified federal pipeline
  • Lead capture from opportunity identification through award
  • Develop win strategies and competitive positioning
  • Maintain relationships across agencies and industry partners
  • Support proposals (solutioning, pricing input, strategy)

Nice to have (not required)

  • Clearance (Secret / TS)
  • Exposure to IT, cyber, intel, or engineering programs
  • Tools: GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, USAspending
  • Capture or proposal leadership experience
