Business Development Manager – Lehigh Valley (On-Site / Field Sales)

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client growth across the Lehigh Valley. This is a true outside sales role — local travel, in-person meetings, and direct impact.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and win new B2B clients across your territory
  • Get in front of decision-makers (not just email them)
  • Build relationships that turn into long-term business
  • Partner with recruiting to deliver on what you sell

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in B2B sales or business development
  • Comfortable with in-person, field-based selling
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Able to manage your territory and pipeline independently
