We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client growth across the Lehigh Valley. This is a true outside sales role — local travel, in-person meetings, and direct impact.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and win new B2B clients across your territory
- Get in front of decision-makers (not just email them)
- Build relationships that turn into long-term business
- Partner with recruiting to deliver on what you sell
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in B2B sales or business development
- Comfortable with in-person, field-based selling
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Able to manage your territory and pipeline independently
