Staffing Sales Executive (Remote) – Enterprise & Mid-Market

We are seeking a high-performing Staffing Sales Executive to drive new business growth across enterprise and mid-market clients. This fully remote role is ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional who thrives on opening new accounts, building long-term client relationships, and closing staffing solutions deals.

This is a true business development role — not account maintenance.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market staffing clients

  • Run discovery calls and present tailored recruiting solutions

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of staffing agency sales or recruiting sales experience

  • Proven ability to open new accounts (hunter mentality)

  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

  • Self-starter who performs well in a fully remote environment

Compensation & Structure
