Job Description

We’ve joined the search for a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Development to support attorney recruiting and professional development for an Am Law 50 firm. This role is central to campus recruiting, summer associate programming, attorney onboarding, and firmwide talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, campus recruiting experience, and the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate campus recruiting and summer associate programs

  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow‑up, and hiring committee prep

  • Support summer associate training, work assignments, and social events

  • Assist with attorney onboarding and orientation

  • Track and monitor local recruiting budgets

  • Partner with Global Talent Acquisition on firmwide initiatives

Talent Development

  • Coordinate associate relations events and in‑house attorney training

  • Support firmwide development programs, coaching initiatives, and academies

  • Track professional development budgets

  • Collaborate with Global Talent Development to ensure alignment

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends during peak recruiting

  • Travel for recruiting programs as needed

  • Support special projects and firmwide initiatives

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2–5 years of experience in a professional, financial services, or legal environment

  • Campus recruiting experience required

  • Experience in HR, attorney recruiting, talent development, or law school career services preferred

  • Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience coordinating events, training programs, or large‑scale initiatives

  • Understanding of legal recruiting and attorney development practices
