Job Description
Contract-to-hire opportunity for a professional front-desk administrator supporting a busy legal environment with switchboard and client-facing responsibilities
We’re partnering with a prestigious law firm to place a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a front-facing, multi-hat role. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and internal teams, supporting reception, hospitality, and office services with grace and precision.
What You’ll Do:
Greet guests, answer and transfer calls, and manage visitor badges
Reserve conference rooms and coordinate catering and beverage setup
Maintain kitchen and meeting room supplies and cleanliness
Support mail, shipping, scanning, and office supply ordering
Liaise with facilities and respond to routine office requests
Collaborate closely with onsite and operations teams
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Experience in law firm, hoteling, or business office environments
Comfort with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, walking/sitting)
Flexibility for occasional early/late weekday requests
Additional Information
Pay Range: $20–$22/hr Parking Provided
