Job Description

Contract-to-hire opportunity for a professional front-desk administrator supporting a busy legal environment with switchboard and client-facing responsibilities

We’re partnering with a prestigious law firm to place a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a front-facing, multi-hat role. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and internal teams, supporting reception, hospitality, and office services with grace and precision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet guests, answer and transfer calls, and manage visitor badges

  • Reserve conference rooms and coordinate catering and beverage setup

  • Maintain kitchen and meeting room supplies and cleanliness

  • Support mail, shipping, scanning, and office supply ordering

  • Liaise with facilities and respond to routine office requests

  • Collaborate closely with onsite and operations teams

 

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

  • Experience in law firm, hoteling, or business office environments

  • Comfort with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, walking/sitting)

  • Flexibility for occasional early/late weekday requests
