 About the Role

We’re seeking a Buyer specializing in mechanical components to support procurement for complex electromechanical systems. This role focuses on sourcing machined parts, fabricated components, hardware, and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate for machined parts, fabricated components, hardware

• Support prototype builds and mechanical ECOs

• Evaluate and qualify mechanical suppliers

• Ensure compliance with FDA/ISO standards

• Track supplier performance and drive improvements

• Expedite critical mechanical parts to support production

• Support audits and maintain purchasing documentation

Qualifications

• 4+ years purchasing experience

• Experience sourcing mechanical parts or fabricated components

• Ability to read mechanical drawings

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
