 Territory Sales Manager – Building Materials | Upstate NY & Eastern PA

$95K–$100K Base | Full-Time | Field Sales | Architecture & Design Focus

We’re hiring a relationship-driven, design-savvy sales pro to own a high-impact territory across Upstate New York and Eastern Pennsylvania. This role is built for someone who thrives on face-to-face selling, strategic account growth, and deep engagement with the A&D community.

🔑 What You’ll Own

• Manage and grow accounts across the territory — from Syracuse to Scranton

• Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and facility end users

• Deliver product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and on-site demos

• Surface new opportunities and drive market penetration

• Become a trusted resource and product expert in the commercial building space

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree + 5–7 years of outside sales experience

• Proven success selling building materials to architects and designers

• Strong presentation skills and comfort with cross-functional collaboration

• Self-starter mindset with excellent organization and follow-through

• Based near Syracuse or Rochester preferred
