Position: Client Services & Hospitality Representative
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site; Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Compensation: USD $60,000–$65,000 base + bonus + overtime eligibility  

About the role:
You’ll be the face of a regional law-firm client: greeting visitors, managing calls, coordinating conference rooms, overseeing kitchen/pantry and catering, handling mailroom and printing jobs, supporting attorneys with trial binders and light document edits, and maintaining office supplies and vendor coordination. 

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Outlook. 

• Strong multitasking, time-management and organizational skills. 

• Stable work history (hint: law-firm or large corporate office setting preferred)
