We’re representing a fast-growing consulting organization that helps veterinary practice owners achieve exceptional outcomes through strategy, community, and connection.

They’re seeking a Business Development Manager to represent the brand at industry events, build meaningful relationships, and turn conversations into measurable growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves networking, enjoys travel, and thrives on creating opportunity through connection — not cold calls.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Represent the brand at veterinary conferences, panels, and networking events.

  • Build relationships with practice owners and strategic partners.

  • Host and coordinate side events (breakfasts, meetups, or panels).

  • Turn high-touch networking into warm leads and business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handoffs

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of business development or relationship-based sales experience.

  • Confidence leading discussions, panels, or client trainings.

  • Strong communication and organization skills.

  • Experience within veterinary, healthcare, or professional services is a plus.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping others grow.
