Job Description

Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional with a proven talent for building a territory from the ground up? A leading supplier of industrial products is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive B2B sales and cultivate a strong customer base across key markets in Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for an independent and results-oriented individual to take full ownership of a territory and deliver solutions to a diverse range of commercial and industrial clients. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth and hit sales targets within your assigned territory.

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building a robust sales pipeline.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to presenting solutions and closing deals.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Become a product expert, able to advise clients on the best industrial and commercial solutions to meet their specific needs.

  • Effectively manage your schedule and travel within the territory to meet with new and existing customers.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

  • Proven experience in outside sales or territory management, preferably in an industrial, B2B, or related commercial sales environment.

  • A high degree of self-motivation with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
