We're hiring a Health & Safety Coordinator to support operations at a large-scale industrial site in Upstate New York. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone experienced in MSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, and accident investigation protocols.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure site-wide compliance with MSHA and workplace safety standards

• Conduct safety training, risk assessments, and workplace inspections

• Investigate incidents and recommend preventative measures

• Maintain documentation and reporting systems

• Serve as site liaison during MSHA inspections

• Collaborate across departments to promote a proactive safety culture

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in Health & Safety, ideally in mining/industrial environments

• Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Ability to travel/relocate to Northern NY (relocation assistance provided)
