CRD Careers is recruiting for a leading national industrial distributor expanding in the San Antonio region. This is a full-time, relationship-driven outside sales role with built-in support, training, and real ownership of your territory.

You’ll manage your route like it’s your own business — with backup from a company that’s been dominating the MRO space for decades.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, grow, and manage a defined sales territory

• Provide MRO solutions to maintenance and repair professionals

• Deliver top-tier service and build repeat business relationships

• Maintain and grow accounts through consultative selling

• Use company CRM and sales tools to track leads and progress

What You Bring:

• 2+ years B2B sales or territory/account management

• Driver’s license and clean driving record

• Self-driven, professional, and highly organized

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Perks:

• $70–$90K base + uncapped commissions
