We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Construction Manager to join our clients team in Pompano Beach, Florida.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards.

• Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to guide project implementation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Lead and mentor roofing crews, fostering a culture of excellence and safety
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control
• Resolve on-site issues and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
• Prepare and present progress reports to upper management and clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative roofing techniques

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing construction, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent understanding of construction blueprints and specifications
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid OSHA certification
• Current roofing contractor license
• Thorough knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders/scaffolding
• Willingness to travel to different job sites within the region
