CRD Careers has partnered with a growing building supply distributor to identify a reliable and driven Inside Sales Representative for their Yonkers location. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting day-to-day order entry, customer communication, and cross-team coordination with outside sales and warehouse operations.

Position Title: Inside Sales Representative | Location: Yonkers, NY | Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $45000 - $50000  base + bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins

• Process quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately and promptly

• Coordinate deliveries and ensure fulfillment accuracy

• Communicate with outside sales and warehouse staff to support customer needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional service

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing

• Prior industry experience in construction, building materials, or distribution preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in order entry software and communication tools

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
