Job Description
What you’ll do every day
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their objectives and hiring needs. You’ll create recruitment strategies and manage the searches through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to ensure that recruiting objectives are achieved.
- Utilize tools like Seekout and LinkedIn Recruiter as you source for passive candidates, with an emphasis on providing a diverse slate of candidates.
- Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences via consistent communication and follow-through.
- Working within our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) with a keen eye on data quality and process, ensuring that you are keeping candidate profiles and requisitions up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of sourcing (mix of staffing agency and corporate preferred) experience in industries like :
- manufacturing/production/
- warehouse/operations/
- fleet/courier services is required
- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles
- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches,
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- High proficiency in integrated recruitment systems (ATS & CRM), ADP experience preferred
