Job Description

CRB is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and passionate individual for the role of Senior Specialist, Industry 4.0. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States. This candidate will play an important role on the Digital Consulting Services Team. They will offer consultation to our clients in selecting Industry 4.0 technologies, e.g., Smart Manufacturing, IT/OT and MES applications, Integration with Enterprise systems, network infrastructure, to name a few​. As a senior member of the Digital Consulting Services Team, they will work closely with the Consulting Services leadership team to help grow this arm of the business. This position requires a strong technical understanding and awareness of relevant current and future industry technologies. In addition, this position requires a high level of organization, communication, and leadership. The qualified candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients. 

Responsibilities

· Integral member of a global team of experts responsible for the development and implementation of CRB’s Digitalization services, strategies, and associated deliverables.

· Drive CRB’s Digitalization business development strategies as a part of CRB’s holistic and integrated delivery model. 

· Lead our clients in digital transformation.

· Develop digital transformation and road mapping process for our clients.

· Work autonomously with internal CRB design teams to develop and embed Digital Strategies into designs in collaboration with client’s needs.

· Incorporate industry developments and best practices to stay current with relevant technologies.

· Build strong cross-functional relationships throughout the global organization.

· Strong industry event participation through attendance at conferences and expos in addition to conducting presentations, webinars, publications.

· Occasional Business travel (20-30%) may be required.

Qualifications

· Successful track record as an Industry 4.0 thought-leader. Life Sciences experience strongly preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience or Master’s with 12+ years of experience. MBA or professional licensure strongly preferred.

· Minimum 10+ years of experience with various Industry 4.0 technologies:

       o    Control System Engineering

       o    IT/OT, Cloud-based infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity

       o    Vertical and Horizontal Integration of MES, LIMS, QMS, and other Enterprise-                      based systems

       o    Augmented Reality

       o    Data Historians

       o    Biometrics

       o    Digital Twin

       o    Robotics

       o    AI and Predictive Analytics

· Strong capacity for independent and creative implementation strategies around Digital technologies.

· Strong business acumen (ability to perform financial and risk-based analysis), communication and presentation skills.

· History of successfully developing and managing client relationships.

· Experience leading small teams delivering projects from concept through turnover.

· Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
