Job Description
CRB is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, pro-active, organized, and innovative Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analyst/Engineer to join our Consulting core team. This team is responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing CFD models for the Biopharmaceutical and Food & Beverage industries. The successful candidate must possess the skills required to successfully handle multiple simultaneous complex tasks, execute project tasks, have a strong work ethic and drive to deliver for customers, as well as be a collaborative team player. This person will work closely with senior-level engineering staff to meet client needs and is expected to execute work on one or more projects simultaneously as delegated by the Project Leads.

Qualifications
· Bachelors (required), Masters (preferred) degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
· 0-2 Years of academic and/or industry experience using Computational Field Dynamics ( CFD )
· Strong background in fluid mechanics and CFD; including complex (multi-component, multi-phase, etc.) fluids, heat transfer, and turbulence modeling
· Expertise working with commercial CFD tools (ANSYS Fluent preferred) for meshing, solving, and post processing
· Experience working with CAD tools to develop and update 2- and 3-dimension geometric manipulation ( SpaceClaim, AutoCAD )
· Experience working with the programming languages that are used for high performance computing, such as C/C++, Python, FORTRAN, etc.)
· Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter, motivated, possessing a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills
· Proven experience being a problem solver and well organized
· Ability to apply talents cooperatively as a part of a team of professionals; is a team player
Responsibilities
· Perform engineering tasks including, but not limited to:
o Setting up simulation Cases
o Managing runs and output data
o Processing and analyzing results
o Writing up analyses
o Preparing reports and presentations about the results and the work that was performed
· Interact with clients to gather requirements, develop, and test new or existing designs as well as optimize their performance
· Contribute to the development of CFD simulation -based solutions that solve practical problems
· Develop CFD based simulation models for upstream and downstream unit operations (air flow modeling, mixing models, etc.) used in the biopharmaceutical and Food & Beverage industries
· Work closely with other members of the modeling and simulation team
· Special project and tasks as assigned
