Job Description

This position manages CRB’s long term marketing efforts. It develops and executes marketing strategy, develops our brand long term, creates, and manages marketing campaigns, creates thought leadership content with our SMEs, drives demand for our services and generates client leads. This position collaborates closely with Business Development, Account Management, Project Management and Regional, Market Team and Executive Leadership and must establish strong and collaborative relationships throughout the organization. Mentors, guides and coaches junior marketing employees. The position has responsibility for managing work to meet strict timelines, deliver high quality, meeting or exceeding budget expectations and adhering to company policies. It also collaborates closely with our Strategic Communications team and Trade Show and Conference manager.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to creation of European marketing strategy
  • Drive web and social media positioning and engagement to build demand generation
  • Create, manage and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation
  • Develop brand long term
  • Drive analytics programs and provide recommendations for changes
  • Create marketing deliverables within all areas of responsibility
  • Create optimized thought leadership content with our subject matter experts
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the marketing and sales organization 
  • Work closely with Trade Show Manager to develop and execute event strategy
  • Represent self and CRB in a professional manner and promote company’s vision, mission, and core values

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communication or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years’ experience in a professional services marketing role with focus on digital marketing, demand generation, lead generation and analytics.
  • Experience in the life sciences manufacturing industries a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skill and strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, marketing automation, event management, web content management, search engine optimization and marketing analytics.
  • Language: Fluent in German (C2+technical language), ability to communicate in English (B2+).  French (B2+) is a plus.
