Job Description

 The Contingent Workforce Program Manager will build, manage and have sole accountability for the success of CP's contingent labor workforce program for our major pharmaceutical customer.

 
Major Accountabilities

  • Help develop and implement CP's Contingent Workforce Strategy
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop, maintain, and implement compliant contingent labor processes to include the selection and usage of independent contractors (ICs)
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics including SLAs and KPIs to stakeholder audiences to increase awareness, understanding and adherence/adoption
  • Oversee and facilitate the Statement of Work (SOW) process including supplier vetting, internal controls review and background checks 
  • Prepare and present contingent labor data and results to management quarterly
     

 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
    • Pharmaceutical and manufacturing site background
    • Business, Finance, Healthcare or a related area
    • 3+ years of direct experience; MSP, Contingent Labor, VMS, Sales, Labor Fulfillment, 
    • Ability to effectively manage the program budget
    • Program Implementation and/or change management experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to effectively communicate, build relationships and gain buy-in at the Sr and C suite levels
    • Proven track record dealing with multiple suppliers/vendors
    • Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to contract labor; CCWP preferred
    • Ability to work with limited direction; critical thinker; problem solver; strong situational awareness
