Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, HR Technology to join the Talent team and report to Director, Talent Digital Delivery to support the team in managing the Talent technology portfolio. Leveraging digital solutions, and partnering with the company’s Technology team, the role will help manage enhancements and cyclical delivery of Talent processes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in an operational team focused on Talent technology with a proven track record of gathering requirements and driving delivery of Talent enhancements using Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines and hold accountability over small enhancements or distinct work streams in larger initiatives
  • Support multiple initiatives concurrently, collaborating with team members to prioritize effectively and drive the strategic system roadmap
  • Gather and analyze requirements for technology solutions, with a focus on Workday
  • Coordinate configuration and manage business testing execution of existing or newly enabled functionality
  • Conduct thorough business testing as part of delivery support to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in Talent technology processes and leverage functional expertise in talent-related processes to influence changes
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Talent technology and Workday in particular

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of Talent processes and best practices
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, configuration, and testing
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent technology, with a focus on Workday
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
