Responsibilities:

  • Approximately 20 hours a week
  • Accounts Payable and check processing
  • Accounts Receivable and collections
  • Billing and invoice processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Recording Journal Entries


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must know Quickbooks (PC or online version)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good PC skills and strong communication skills
