Operations Change Management Senior

Job Description

  • Develop business test cases from high level requirements

  • Document business requirements and execute business processes and procedures

  • Write business test cases and validate test results

  • Interact and communicate with both business and technical personnel to solve business challenges

  • Manage projects independently and as a part of the team

  • Perform User Acceptance Testing

  • Identify and Develop processes and process improvements

  • Work, in partnership, with internal and external stakeholders

  • Familiarity with Business Rules Logic and testing of business rules

  • Ability to understand, test, and document change

  • Familiarity with complex testing environments

  • Familiarity working with external Vendors to implement change

  • Working knowledge with SQL and pulling data from large and complex data sources

  • Experience working with audit teams

  • Ability to build standard regression test suites

Working knowledge of HP Quality Center and DOORS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • 5 plus years of experience in change management or business process redesign work

  • Strong change management experience

  • Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market

  • Ability to manage organized meetings with clear purpose and well defined take a ways
