Role and Responsibilities

· Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas, this may include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications

· Responsible for developing applications for FileNet / IBM P8 products is required. Specific background with Capture, eForms, workflow, Java, .NET API are strongly desired. Experience with FileNet-based frameworks and administration support are all pluses.

· Expertise in Object-oriented analysis, design and development

· 4 + years of experience in developing applications for FileNet / IBM P8 products is required
· Java 5.0,JSF 2.0 and Enterprise Java Bean 3.0
· J2EE server Skills: Experience in administering Web sphere Application Server (7.x is preferred)
· XML and Web services
· Insurance Domain Knowledge
· Should have experience working in Agile methodology
· Good understanding of ITIL process.
