Should possess 10+ years of strong automation experience.

Must have excellent hands on experience on Automation Scripting and Test management processes

Should be able to define Automaton framework for the given scope

Should have hands on experience in debugging & solutioning

Knowledge on Mobile Automation will be added advantage

Good communication and problem solving skills

Should be able to lead the effort to build new test frameworks and or extend existing frameworks. These frameworks allow us to perform end-to-end testing in multi-component environments.

Should be able to work with the test engineers to design and develop a reusable architecture for the test automation

Prepare Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their test scripts.

The framework should be designed in such a way that it increases and speeds up their productivity.

The test Architect also must support the framework/s, for example, supporting dev/qa with issues using the tool. The test Architect will implement automation test scripts. Integration with the test management tool is also, planned.

The Test Architect must be able to take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritization.

The Test Architect will work with management, developers, and quality assurance personnel, to meet the project goals.

Should be a creative and proactive thinker and will make use of current technologies to provide extensible automation Solutions.

Provide technology leadership for enhancing test automation capability at organization level
