• DVM degree and a valid veterinary license to practice in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain one).
• 3–5 years of proven experience working with small animals (primarily dogs and cats), preferably in high-volume clinics or hospitals.
• Proficient in routine surgical procedures and comprehensive clinical care.
• Flexibility and availability to handle emergency cases within the hospital, including weekends or rotating shifts as needed.
• Outstanding communication skills and a deep commitment to providing ethical, compassionate care to pets and their owners.
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, team-based medical environment.
