Job Description

As a key member of the Operation & Support Group you will be responsible for providing Level3 Support for TreasurUp software product. In this role, you will work closely with bank representatives (L1 & L2 Support Engineers) to address any software related issues. You will also work close to the development & QA teams in order to find the root cause for reported issues and to offer the faster resolution. 

Responsibilities 

  • Understand the product structure and how a problem affects other product components 
  • Intake, investigate and clarify reported issues  
  • Analyse and filter support issues and based on the situation, correct the problem or redirect to development engineers 
  • Monitor application alarms (webapp + FIX)  
  • Write concise, accurate technical analysis to bring development up to speed 
  • Interact with many people from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures, both internally and with customers. 

Qualifications

  • Technology-related University degree: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network, or other related areas 
  • 2-5 years of experience technology and customer-facing roles (e.g. IT Consultant, Full Stack Developer, Technical Support, QA) 
  • Interest in communicating with people with different background (fluency in English both written and spoken) 
  • Ability to effectively prioritise severity and adjust workflow based on incoming info 
  • Ability to work independently on problem investigation and task management 
  • Exceptionally strong and tenacious problem solving and analytical skills. 

Technical knowledge: 

  • able to understand technical concepts, System Architecture and Integration 
  • basic Linux knowledge, FIX is a plus 
  • able to understand logs (ELK stack is a plus) 
  • nice to have basic knowledge of Java 
  • knowledge of database, preferably MongoDB
