Help us keep our IT infrastructure reliable, secure, and frictionless.
At Coach Solutions, we build maritime software that helps global shipping companies sail smarter, greener, and more profitably. We're looking for an IT Assistant (Student Worker) who thrives on service, systems, and solving problems – someone who keeps devices running, access flowing, and IT friction out of the way so our teams can focus on building impact.
Your impact
You'll own the IT foundation end-to-end – managing devices, maintaining infrastructure, supporting employees, and ensuring security compliance across our growing organization.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with colleagues across The Strategic Engine, The Commercial Engine, and The Technical Engine, you'll ensure that our IT operations are reliable, secure, and enable productivity rather than creating bottlenecks.

Managing all company devices: enrolling laptops in device management, applying security updates, enforcing policies, and handling the full device lifecycle
Maintaining office IT infrastructure: keeping our network, Wi-Fi, and meeting room equipment running smoothly
Managing SaaS licenses: assigning/revoking access, tracking costs, identifying optimization opportunities across Google, Microsoft, Adobe, JetBrains, and more
Providing first-line IT support: helping employees with access issues, troubleshooting problems, and protecting developer time from IT interruptions
Onboarding and offboarding employees: provisioning accounts, tools, access, devices; ensuring clean and complete offboarding with zero security gaps
Managing mobile devices: setting up company phones, enforcing security, supporting common mobile issues
Maintaining accurate IT documentation: tracking assets, licenses, procedures, and ensuring transparent cost and security reporting
What makes this role exciting
You'll gain hands-on IT experience in a real SaaS tech company while studying
You'll own meaningful responsibilities and improving systems, optimizing costs, and shaping how IT supports the business
You'll work closely with leadership and experienced colleagues across the organization
You'll have freedom to create structure where it doesn't exist and improve processes that need it
You'll develop practical IT skills that complement your studies and build your professional foundation
You'll be part of a highly ambitious growth phase backed by Kongsberg Maritime – with opportunities to learn and grow
