We are seeking a Technical Tester to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex systems, designing and executing manual test cases, and handling technical testing needs such as API validation, database queries, and other non-functional testing.

As part of the QA team, you will bridge the gap between functional and non-functional testing, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products while collaborating closely with fellow QA colleagues, developers, and product specialists. Over time, there will be opportunities for you to expand your role and support QA Engineers in automation efforts, providing a pathway to grow your technical skills further.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute detailed manual test cases for both UI and backend components.
• Validate backend logic through API testing and database queries and similar.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of system workflows to identify technical risks and edge cases.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure testability.
• Work closely with product specialists and development teams to write and review technical requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Potential to grow into supporting QA Engineers with automation efforts, such as writing automation scripts and maintaining test frameworks.

We imagine that you

• Have a technical background, as a technical tester, developer, or similar.
• Have experience with manual testing of functional and non-functional areas, including test case design and defect tracking.
• Have an understanding of technologies, concepts, and languages such as API, SQL, XML, Microservice, Python, C#, or similar.
• Possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Are adaptable and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
• Hold an ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level Certification.
• Have exposure to performance test tools like JMeter or k6, or API and UI test tools like Postman, Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.
