As our organization is growing and our projects become more complex, we are looking to hire our first dedicated project manager.

You will help us manage projects and make sure we have an overview and plans for all related activities. You will support our increasing collaboration with our owners Kongsberg in Norway. You will be dedicated to keeping us on track on our most important development projects.

About the role:

We make state-of-the-art software (SaaS), and your focus is to make sure our projects succeed. You will need the classical project manager skills but also be prepared to be deeply involved in the development process, e.g. facilitating scoping and estimation workshops. Tasks are carried out in the fixed teams, and you will, together with the team management, ensure the right flow of tasks across the teams, according to priorities.

As we are scaling our development organisation, we are in the process of developing the way we work. We expect you to be an active part in this process, always trying to improve our ability to deliver on our business strategy goals.

Additionally, you will be playing a role in helping with providing the necessary data for our portfolio management. We have established a management forum that prioritize all development, to be sure we always work on the most important activities – you will help us improve the quality of our data and information gathered from our projects.

Your new department consists of two backend teams, a frontend team and a QA team. In total 20 talented people from all over the world - but all working in Copenhagen. English is the working language.

You will be referring directly to our CTO.

We imagine that you:

• Have extensive experience with classical Project Management skills – you are the kind of person who takes responsibility for the entire project, ensures the progression, manage stakeholders and risks etc.
• You hold change management in high regards. Your work will be helping us scaling the organisation and optimizing the way we work.
• You feel motivated by working in a smaller organisation, where projects have a natural limit in size and the tasks for the PM can be very diverse.
• You come from a role where you have experience with software development - it is necessary to succeed in this role.
