Your mission and responsibilities:

• Manage, develop, and retain department of software engineers, QA profiles, and other technical profiles.
• Lead and inspire – guide the teams to success in all technology projects. Ensure delivery of excellent product releases by coordinating with several teams.
• Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals, and progress, and align the company’s technology resources with the organization's goals.
• Participate in the executive team, and help set the overall strategy for Coach Solutions from a technical perspective.
• Create and oversee high-level KPIs.
• Manage the department’s budget.

Coach Solutions has scaled significantly throughout the last 2 years. You will be taking over two backend teams, one frontend team, and finally a QA team under construction. The department has a strong foundation of skilled people who are experts within their domain of knowledge. They need you to guide them, set the overall strategy, and ensure everyone is headed in the same direction.

The role is not technical per se, but experience with delivering software products and managing the people and processes to success is expected.
